Orders delivered by courier will require a signature upon receipt. For home deliveries, please ensure someone is home to sign for your order (or ask your building security/concierge to sign on your behalf) otherwise it will be returned to us.

If you would like us to schedule delivery of your package on a day more convenient for you or require a specific delivery time, contact us with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate your request. To keep our delivery service free, please help us out by making sure someone will sign for your order!  


Temporarily out of stock items that are on the way to us may be purchased and reserved for you where the pre-order option is available on the product page. Once the item is back in stock, it will be rushed to you. In-stock items in the same order will be shipped together when all items are back in stock.

Your complete payment will be processed at the time you checkout. In-stock dates are provided as estimates only and are always subject to change.


All orders must be signed for at time of receipt, upon which time you accept responsibility for the order. We suggest shipping your order to your workplace if no one will be at home to sign for your delivery.

You are responsible for the original shipping charges, the cost of return postage to us, and any fees (including customs and other import fees for international orders) if a shipment is returned to us or if you refuse the shipment. We will refund you the balance after deducting these amounts within 2 weeks of receipt of your package.

Please contact us prior to placing your order if you require shipping to a PO box, as this will need to be delivered by unregistered post.

Additional terms and conditions for our international customers

· Orders shipped outside Hong Kong may be subject to customs inspections, taxes and other duties or fees according to the regulations of the destination country, which we are unable to advise on at the time of online purchase. The recipient of the order will be responsible for all such actions and/or fees, and please note that payment of these fees will be necessary to release your order from customs. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions to avoid disappointment from delays and/or fees arising from customs clearance in your country.

· Please note that delays beyond our delivery estimates may sometimes occur outside of our control, such as delays at customs clearance for international orders.
