Clay masks are super popular and for good reason - but have you tried mixing one up from at home? We love using clay to help absorb impurities and heal the skin - but make sure you pick the right clay type for your skin (they come in a rainbow of colours, all with different benefits!). This easy home recipe from The Beauty Chef will take less than 2 minutes to whip up and combines the mildest of clays with two of our skin-loving kitchen staples:
• The Beauty Chef Cleanse Inner Beauty Powder is a comprehensive super-greens supplement designed to help detox and purify from the inside - but it also works when applied on the outside!
• Yoghurt is not only a wonderful source of probiotics but the lactic acid in it will also help resurface and tone skin
• White Kaolin clay is an excellent treatment for dry, sensitive skin - it gently cleanses, exfoliates and tones without drawing oils from the skin, and is also a natural anti-ager too!

Ingredients
Method
Mix all ingredients together well in a small bowl to form a paste. Apply on a clean damp face, neck and décolletage. When almost dry (do not leave to dry out on the face as this can cause an imbalance in the skin), remove with a damp cloth.
If your skin starts to feel a burning sensation, remove mask immediately.
No time to DIY or want to try a snazzier formula? Kahina's Antioxidant Mask is uses some amazing ingredients including argan oil and silica-rich rhassoul clay from the Atlas mountains in Morocco, and extracts of pomegranate and acai.
We'd love to hear how you go with this easy recipe!
