The pencil comes with a smudge tip on its cap to soften the line or create a dramatic effect depending on the thickness of the line, however, once dry, it will stay put and not rub off easily.
Made with organic coconut oil (which is rich in moisturizing fatty acids and skin rejuvenating proteins that promote a healthy, natural renewal process) and all-natural ingredients, the formulation is irritant-free, making it the best eyeliner for sensitive eyes. The gluten-free eyeliner is also vegan, PETA approved and free of petrochemicals and titanium.

For a naturally defined look, gently pull up the eyelid and line the upper rim as if you were filling in between the eyelashes. For a clearly defined or sultry look, add a line above the lash line as well as the lower rim and set with eye shadow.
